Professionally, I am a bankruptcy attorney and I help people file for bankruptcy. I practice in the Los Angeles county and offer a free initial consultation in hopes of helping people make the right decisions. Because of the highly emotion nature of my practice, I see people who are torn about what’s right for them. Not only that, but sometimes when people are going through such difficult times, the tendency to just ignore things in hope that they will go away, puts people in worse situations than if they would have just dealt with the problem when it began. I try to make the process of filing for bankruptcy as painless as possible and guide my clients through what I think may be one of the hardest decisions they will ever have to make.
I hope to make this blog indicative of both my legal and personal practices and I hope it brings a little compassion with a dose of reality into this somewhat dark time in our economy.
